Healthy self-esteem is the foundation of your life. Whether or not you succeed in reaching your goals depends, to a large degree, on the quality of your self-esteem. This workshop takes the mystery out of what self-esteem is composed of and how you can build it, or improve it, in your life.  Participants will learn the four basic components of healthy self-esteem: self-worth; self-knowledge; self-support; and deservingness. In the workshop, you’ll take a quiz to assess your current level of self-esteem. Then you’ll learn tips to develop or improve all four components and leave with realistic, easy-to-use strategies to incorporate each one in your life.

Low self-esteem is at the core of many abusive relationships as well as underachievement and general unhappiness. Learn how to be all you can be by evaluating the quality of your self-esteem. Take the first step towards having all the love, happiness, and success you want and deserve!
